Taco Tuesday!

Did you know, those packets of taco seasoning mix at the store are NOT good for you at all!
They contain unnecessary harmful ingredients that cause inflammation, water retention and
feeds our bad gut bacteria!

Here is a list of those ingredients:

Maltodextrin, Salt, Corn Starch, Potassium Magnesium Chloride, Vegetable Oil, Canola oil,
High Oleis Soybean Oil, Corn Flour, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent), Citric Acid, Sugar,
“Natural” Flavor.

The good news is that it’s super easy to make your own at home!

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
* 1 Tbsp chili powder
* 1/4 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp onion powder
* 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/4 tsp dried oregano
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
* 1 tsp sea salt
* 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Combine in an air tight container & store at room temperature
