On May 29th, the dreaded Mercury Retrograde begins in the sign of Gemini. This retrograde happens amid Eclipse season. Both Eclipse season and Mercury Retrograde allow us to assess our surroundings and the influences on our energy.
During the week, begin to evaluate everything that’s not serving your energy field. Think back to last year’s summer eclipse season and winter eclipse season. Do you notice any difficulties or outcomes that continue to come forward?
As we move closer to the New Moon Eclipse, stress and mental blocks surrounding these themes will increase. Evaluate if you can go another six months or year cycling through these patterns. If not, it is a time to make a change. Acknowledging the fear that comes forward, look inward and devise a plan to remove or shift these patterns in your life.
Know that Mercury brings these patterns to the surface to help you fly, not to keep you grounded.
Which tip: Make a simple tea to help with stress, fear or mental blocks and sweeten with local honey.
Stress- Echinacea, lemon balm or thyme.
Fear-Ginger, peony or basil
Mental blocks- ginseng, sunflower, lavender.
Before you take your first sip, hold the tea in your hands, close your eyes and open your heart. Say aloud:
May I be healed by root and flower,
May I become well through Mother’s Nature’s Power.
May Sleep and Strength return to me,
I am happy, healthy and stress-free.
With harm to none, so mote it be.
