Hello Ladies,

Here is a short meditation called “Get Clear”.

Fear creates a physical sensation in your body—normally your life is not in danger, yet you still have a reaction of fear to events or situations in your life. When your psychological safety is challenged, your body produces the same physical responses of fight or flight (increased heart rate, elevated body temperature, etc) that are normal for physical safety.

When you experience fear in your life, use this meditation technique—it only takes 10 minutes of feeling the body sensations. This technique will dissolve the fear quickly, leaving you in a more resourced state for handling life’s challenges.
