Pay Love Forward

I love the beauty of this, of spreading love. I imagine my spreading of love like a pebble tossed in a pond. That single pebble (act of love or kindness) creates many ripples. Just like my kindness out to another, has them put out a kindness, and that recipient puts out a kindness and so it goes until eventually you receive your own kindness back. That’s something worth spreading. Paying forward the love not only helps you vibrate higher but allows you to also attract loving and kind gestures into your awareness.

Love, done right, should leave you full, not depleted. Like lighting a candle from another candle, neither flame is weaker, both are bright. Likewise both hearts are filled with a kind and loving act.

Go out, spread love, and remember to include yourself as a recipient of your kind and loving words and deeds. Practice by giving yourself the gift of your time. This week’s meditation uses a mere 7 Minutes of your time to open your heart up with love:
