Not Tomorrow or Another Day, Now

So often I have found myself putting off some plan or goal to tomorrow, or next week or when things line up better. I even tried to plan the perfect time to have kids. What I learned, and sometimes painfully, was that there will never be a perfect time. Perfect is an illusion.

The pause or put off to tomorrow has become my flag. Hmmmm…..what am I pausing on? What is holding me back?  It causes me to have an honest conversation with myself about the thing. Am I simply afraid? Is this really what I want to be doing? I don’t like the conversations or the insights that come from the journaling sometimes but the wake up call is clear. And for me becoming louder and harder to ignore. So the change starts NOW. Not tomorrow, or the next day but right this very moment.

What are you hoping for? What change would you like to see? Start now. Even if all you do is listen to this meditation for a week. It’s 7 minutes well spent and believe it or not, it’s time spent creating the energy shift that will help you reach that goal. Whatever it may be. Dream big my friends!
