Discussion Topic for the Week of Oct. 2 – Balance
HelloW Ladies!
Great week last week talking about how we keep our “busy” selves in balance. What started as a discussion about what it means to be busy and balanced, really opened the door for a conversation about what it means to be “in balance” in a general sense.
As we shift in to our new writing voice as a community, this gives us more freedom to talk about our ideals – as opposed to our present moment development, as we usually do. What better topic to help us get comfortable in that shift in voice, than balance.
This week, share what balance means to you. Simply. Honestly.
This is one of those buzzwords we see in personal development, and we often talk about this as a thread, or goal, or “sweet spot” that we want to maintain and grow in our lives. This week, talk about what that really means to you. What are your details? How do you express balance, and how does it show up in your life? How do you know you are in balance, or vice versa, out of balance.
Let’s take some time this week to discuss what balance really means.
What is your personal version of balance?
This is a fairly open topic. There is no right or wrong. There is no template to follow. There is no homework.
Simply write about what balance means to you in your own life, your experience.
Balance.
