I just hustled myself all the way into WTF it’s Monday already?! It’s so awesome. My hair is on fire with awesomeness!
I am flying out the door to the art store to work a shift, so I am the poster child for this weeks topic:
I’m not stressed. I’m happy as a clam. Why?
I have honed my task-focus, and I am consciously in control of my stressors. The stress management I have in place as a successful woman in business is as essential as any other food group.
How do you manage your stress?
We are coming into that time of year where stress management is the key to a woman’s success – in her home, her health, her relationships, her family, her work, her happiness, and her potential to enjoy her cultivated life.
In our community, we are successful examples, role models to each other. By sharing our individual experiences of how women “live the life of their dreams,” and in how we keep ourselves from becoming overwhelmed.
