Date With a Gourmet

Whoopee! I just made my first ever batch of home made pasta! It turned out amazing!

That’s my date for today, after working in the garden, cleaning too and a bit if a catch up day of rest.

Making pasta is something I have wanted to do for years. Now I have the perfect situation for it. Appreciative taste testers too! ; )

Yesterday was ‘plum and cherry clafoutis making date’! This is what it looks like:
